A coffee maker is our pal in our daily routine like work and a cup of coffee makes our day. My buddy was a Keurig Brewing System B3000 in our office that consistently giving me that drive to take another cup and pursue an active working habit.

I really enjoyed reading these 12 coffees of Christmas. Very well written, and makes me realize I still have a lot to learn about coffee. I think you should start a new 365 days of coffee :^)

Hi Piper, thanks for the kudos and feedback on my review.
My intention was to give the coffee 4 stars, but I can't figure out how to change my ratings without deleting all of them and starting over ... which I may do actually because I think 10 Stars might be better than 5 Stars ... what do you think? 5 or 10 Stars for ratings?

I love your choice of descriptives - they are very close to our thoughts and part of what we tried to create in this blend.

Our intention was two fold; one, to create an organic blend where the sum was greater than it's individual parts. Believe me, this is not as easy as it sounds. At Kohana Coffee we only use specialty coffee quality arrabica beans - no fillers - so finding blends that fit that mark are a challenge.

The second was to create something we felt fit with all that goes with the holidays. From pairing with favored foods to cherishing a great cup of coffee with family - we wanted it to be special. A bit of interesting pizazz with loveliness in the cup.

Thank you for your review - we appreciate it as well as your passion for coffee. It's what makes our world go around!

I went through a lot of iterations and even a few designs that were completely different and new, but decided that keeping it simple was the way to stay.
